Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SmartView Pro: Cast TV (the "App"), provided by Neetech ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the App Store's usage rules.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to cast or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
  • Use the App to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to any device or network
  • Circumvent or manipulate the App's subscription or advertising mechanisms

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • SmartView Pro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly/Monthly/Yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase, unlocking an ad-free experience and Premium features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
  • Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

4. Ads

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its partners. Premium subscribers do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ad personalization works.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by Neetech and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you cast remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

6. Third-Party Devices & Networks

The App is designed to discover and cast to third-party devices (e.g., Chromecast-enabled TVs, DLNA/Miracast receivers) over your local network. We are not responsible for the compatibility, availability, or performance of third-party hardware/networks, or for any content displayed on them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neetech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

  End User License Agreement (EULA) Effective Date: July 12, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Neetech for the SmartView Pro: Cast TV application. If you have a separately negotiated license agreement with us, that agreement governs; otherwise, this Agreement applies, together with the Apple Standard EULA (LSA), which is incorporated by reference for apps distributed via the App Store. 1. Grant of License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. 2. A: Make sure your iPhone and your TV (or Chromecast/receiver) are connected to the SAME Wi-Fi network.
