End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Neetech for the SmartView Pro: Cast TV application. If you have a separately negotiated license agreement with us, that agreement governs; otherwise, this Agreement applies, together with the Apple Standard EULA (LSA), which is incorporated by reference for apps distributed via the App Store.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not: copy (except for backup), modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it in violation of applicable law.

3. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to device information, as described in our Privacy Policy, to facilitate app functionality, updates, and support.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term.

5. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall we be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
